Appliance Wiring

In Star & Surrounding Area

KEELY ELECTRIC APPLIANCE INSTALLATION PROCESS

Appliance wiring is as simple as installing a dedicated circuit for your new appliance. This allows us to connect your appliance—which most likely draws a lot of electrical current to its circuit—to its own electrical circuit to increase safety and decrease the likelihood of electrical shock, fire, or damage to the appliance itself.

We’ll inspect your current electrical system in addition to your breaker panel and new appliance to ensure the proper amperage is reaching your appliance. Next, we install a new circuit for your appliances and tighten all electrical connections. Finally, you’re ready to start using your device!

APPLIANCES WE WIRE IN THE STAR AREA

How do you know if your new appliance or electrical device would benefit from its own dedicated circuitry? If you recently purchased any of the items below, give us a call to determine if your Florida home could benefit from our appliance wiring services:

  • Washers and/or dryers

  • Flat-screen TVs

  • Refrigerators

  • Computers

  • Microwaves

  • Dishwashers

  • Garbage disposals

  • Cooling systems

  • Heating systems

  • Office hardware

  • Outdoor/landscape lighting

  • Sump pumps

  • Water heaters

  • Dishwashers

  • Generators

  • Pool pumps, heaters, and hot tubs

Purchasing a new in-home appliance, flat-screen TV, washer and dryer, refrigerator, etc? From searching for the perfect make and model appliance to finding a reasonably priced retailer within your budget may be difficult. Then, your new appliance must be properly wired to your Star’s home’s electrical system. Without the proper wiring and connectivity, your appliance may not function properly, resulting in potential damage to your appliance or to your existing electrical wiring.

Although newer homes are typically equipped to handle all your electrical needs, that’s not always the case! Whether your Idaho home is older or you’re installing an appliance that uses a lot of energy, it might be time for an electrical upgrade to ensure your appliance works safely.

Keely Electric has been wiring new appliances for homeowners throughout Star and the surrounding area for years.

Phenomenal service! The owner responded immediately and performed same day service, while other companies took days to call back. They didn’t try to oversell us on unnecessary work and the rates were far better than the competition. Should the need arise we will most definitely use this company again in the future.

Keely Electric replaced my breaker box and added outlets to my older home. They were professional, courteous, on time, and cost-efficient. I highly recommend them. With an older home, there are always unexpected problems but they were able to find solutions. I wish every experience I’ve had with the workman was as good as with Keely Electric

Frequently Asked Questions

WHY DOES MY ELECTRICAL OUTLET OR LIGHT SWITCH FEEL HOT TO THE TOUCH?

Heated outlets and light switches aren’t normal and could signify serious trouble. If you’re experiencing this problem, we recommend calling Keely Electric for an immediate inspection. Power overloads, loose wires, weak connections—all these can cause heat buildup and all can potentially lead to serious issues, including fire, if not quickly addressed.

WHY DO I KEEP BLOWING FUSES OR TRIPPING CIRCUIT BREAKERS?

Usually, a blown fuse or tripped circuit breaker happens because you’ve overloaded a circuit with too many appliances or other heavy-use devices. Refrigerators, microwave ovens, stoves, air conditioners, plugin heaters, and toasters are notorious for causing this problem. However, continually blown fuses or tripped breakers could signify a more serious issue. If you’re experiencing this problem, we recommend calling Keely Electric for inspection.

HOW DO YOU TAKE CATE OF FRAGILE ITEMS/ANTIQUES?

Blinking/flickering lights can be caused by a number of issues. The first and most easily diagnosed and fixed is a faulty or improperly secured/sized bulb. Blinking and flickering can also be caused by an inadequate number of branching circuits throughout your home or business, frayed wires, or loose connections in a breaker or meter box or even throughout the entire building. Although the latter issues are all serious and can lead to overheating and fires, it’s impossible to pinpoint the problem without an inspection by a certified electrician. If tightening or changing bulbs doesn’t resolve flickering/blinking, call Keely Electric
