Eagle Lux Storage

 Keely Electric was the chosen contractor partnering with Verticon Construction on this exciting project.  Adding approximately 85,000 Square Foot divided between 6 buildings including a clubhouse.  This project included lighting inside and outside all buildings, power to HVAC as required as well as power distribution through the entire site with multiple metering for individual storage condo's.  All excavation and backfill was induced in our scope.
